We have enjoyed our Adirondack chairs for over ten years. They are comfortable, weather resistant and look great in our yard. When one of them developed a couple of cracks, I contacted Lifetime and they immediately sent out replacement parts. What great service!

This is a great chair at a very good price. Solid and heavy. I would suggest you buy an Allen wrench set with an extension as there are a lot of screws require a fair amount of force to turn. Make sure you do not over tighten the screws until all pieces are completed. I made that mistake on the first chair. The second shirt took me less than an hour to assemble.

I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs in 2014. My Husband and I have loved these chairs, unfortunately one of the legs broke on one of the chairs. I called and talked to the representative and she helped me order a new leg within a couple of minutes. She was polite and friendly. So happy to have my chair fixed!

These are great and comfy chairs. Very solid and I feel will be easy to maintain vs a wood chair. This material is very dense so I don't see the chairs loosening up over time like a wood chair. Plus wood has to be refinished at some point. Customer service was awesome!! I had an issue with a couple of my chairs and it was resolved quickly and beyond my expectations! If you're like me and you want an outside chair that might just outlast you than this is it! Great product!! Special thanks to my customer service rep Darwin!!

Bought my first set (2) of these last year. Very happy with them. Bought second set a week ago. One issue - a slat on one seat was cracked near bolts. Contacted Lifetime, requesting a replacement slat, and they informed me that they are sending me a replacement chair! Amazing customer service!!!

We ought two Adirondack chairs in gray. They were easy to assemble and are very strong and solid. Good purchase for the price.

We chipped in and bought 6 of these to use outside of the Fire Station for social distancing. I liked them so much I purchased 2 for my home. Solid construction, SS screws, 3 color options. Whats not to love.

Chairs were as expected. Look nice after assembly which was a little more work than I anticipated. Once assembled the chairs are sturdy, comfortable and serve the purpose for which they were intended.
