We've got 10 of these chairs at our company's HQ. They are tough, comfortable, and "almost" indestructible. After a decade, or so, one of them showed a broken back slat. I contacted Lifetime, sent them a photo, and got a replacement slat, free of charge, in less than a week.

I have during the holidays purchased 8 of these chairs for both my family and my son's family and they arrived earlier than expected and we built them quickly. After the holidays, my wife and I decided to purchase two more. One of them arrived and we noticed a damages part and we contacted their customer service. The part we needed was on backorder but they are sending us another chair to use for parts in case there is any other damage as well. They just sent this new chair but we anticipate no issues.

I purchased 4 of these for my family after sitting in some that a neighbor had (they've had them for a few years and still look/feel like new). After putting together 3 (very easily), we unwrapped the 4th one to find that it had a crack by a screw (in a pre-assembled piece). I called customer service and not only are they fixing the problem, but they were super pleasant to work with

This is a great chair at a very good price. Solid and heavy. I would suggest you buy an Allen wrench set with an extension as there are a lot of screws require a fair amount of force to turn. Make sure you do not over tighten the screws until all pieces are completed. I made that mistake on the first chair. The second shirt took me less than an hour to assemble.

We bought four chairs and one of them arrived with a small split in one of the seat slats. During assembly of that same chair, our teenager accidentally drilled through the armrest! I contacted Lifetime about both items expecting only a replacement slat to be sent to us, but was surprised to hear that they are replacing the complete chair! Great customer service by Darwin at Lifetime!

I purchased 2 Brown Adirondack Chairs. One of them arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they solved the problem in no time! I can’t wait to sit outside and enjoy my front porch in these chairs for years to come. Lifetime really stands by the quality of their product. Thank you!

We just purchased our 4th Adirondack Chair. Excellence #1 is that the quality and comfort are exceptional. Extremely glad that we purchased these chairs rather than our other options. Excellence #2 is the customer service. There was one little issue with one of the chairs when we opened the box. It was a delight dealing with their customer service, and their solution went above what we expected. Extremely gald that we chose this company for our outdoor furniture. Could not be more satisfied.

Great chair! Took a little time to put it together. But very sturdy and nice looking. Some of the holes where not drilled in the right place but managed to put it all together. The chair so far is not fading and is very comfortable. Its also heavy and not easy to move around. Definitely recommend.

I bought two of these chairs four years ago as an anniversary gift, and by my and I love them. Suddenly, one slat in the seat abruptly broke. I called Lifetime, expecting to have to pay for a replacement, as the 2-year warrantee had expired, but they promptly sent me a replacement seat section -- not just the slat -- and for free. Talk about blowing away my expectations.

I just got my four chairs assembled and I love them. One of the slats had a slight crack in it but customer service took care of this quickly. Time will be the true test but them seem to be durable. They are very comfortable as well. Shipping was fast and the whole process was easy. I will definitely shop with this company in the future.
