Excellent Customer Service

Purchased 6 of these chairs from Costco a few years ago. Recently one of the chair seat slats broke. Called to request a new replacement slat. Part no longer available and a seat replacement was not the best option. Lifetime is replacing the chair. Purchasee

Great chairs, great customer service

Decided to go with a manufactured product. Bought four of these chairs and they are wonderful. They feel substantial and are very comfortable. They look great around our fire pit. One chair had a broken slat when I opened the box. I called customer service the next morning and they took care of it and setup delivery of a replacement in a few minutes. Definitely how customer service should work!

Great customer service/ bad warranty program

The customer service personnel was great. The warranty program stinks. Since my units were just over 2 years old I had to pay for shipping and replacement pieces that broke on the adarondak chairs. Then when I got the order half of the order was missing and needed extra shipment.

Great customer service

I have during the holidays purchased 8 of these chairs for both my family and my son's family and they arrived earlier than expected and we built them quickly. After the holidays, my wife and I decided to purchase two more. One of them arrived and we noticed a damages part and we contacted their customer service. The part we needed was on backorder but they are sending us another chair to use for parts in case there is any other damage as well. They just sent this new chair but we anticipate no issues.

Great chair for the money

These chairs are easy to assemble only requiring a drill to assemble. They last forever as we bought 4 several years ago and after power washing, they looked as good as the new ones we purchased. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the fact that a couple of the screws wouldn’t tighten and the Allen wrench that you use in your drill will just about last long enough to assemble the chair, if your careful.

Great product.

These chairs are rock solid for sure. There in the sun all day, every day and not a hint of fading at all. Their Customer Service is outstanding! We needed a replacement are on one of the 4 chairs we bought. When we contacted them about it, they were very helpful and shipped it out to us for free and we received it a couple of days after the request. That's why their ratings are really good. Great product, great customer service! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Two chairs and a table with problems

What a hassle. Bought 6 pieces. 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, 2 tables, about $700. Would never buy again. Tables: one missing leg. Requested. Chairs: one damaged side panel, had to request part. One had a back plank hole over drilled so plank is loose. Non workmanship, poor machinery? Incidentally, when we ordered the parts we needed, half of what we ordered came. Failing grade all around.

Great project for an afternoon

These would be great for someone with lots of time, room to construct, and most importantly, a power screw driver. Every piece and slat needed to be put together. There were no less than 30-40 screws that needed to be driven with a power driver so they wouldn’t forever be coming loose. I got them for my daughter who lives in a tiny apartment and has no room for anything extra, including a seldom used power driver. These will have to wait until she has a different circumstance. Returned!

Great product and excellent customer service.

I just got my four chairs assembled and I love them. One of the slats had a slight crack in it but customer service took care of this quickly. Time will be the true test but them seem to be durable. They are very comfortable as well. Shipping was fast and the whole process was easy. I will definitely shop with this company in the future.

Ordered a few of these, then a few more, then a few more. Now have 6. Wanted to go "synthetic wood" as they stay out all year and others keep falling apart or look beat up after a few years. Simply put, they're perfect. They are well constructed and heavy weight. You can find ones a bit cheaper but they are much lighter weight and smaller and I doubt they'll last. These seem to be the equivalent of ones 2 or 3x their price. As far as assembly, it may be possible to do without an electric screw driver or drill but it would be rough. One person was absolutely no problem but you will find for one particular part you really will need a clamp to muscle the holes to line up. Solo with power drill and clamp first one takes 40 minutes to set up, 2nd 20 then after that maybe 10-15 depending on if the dogs needed attention and minor fit annoyances (all of which have solutions, but take a minute or two to figure out how to line up). Out of the 6, not a single missing screw or crack or defect of any kind. I highly recommend.
