Looks good after assembly but Pres-drilled holes for the armrest does not line-up. Had to use a clamp. Finish and color looks good but poor quality control on alignment of pre-drilled holes.

I purchased 2 of these chairs for sitting around the fire table and absolutely love them. Very good quality, comfortable and great value for the money! Also, easy to put together!!

These are great and comfy chairs. Very solid and I feel will be easy to maintain vs a wood chair. This material is very dense so I don't see the chairs loosening up over time like a wood chair. Plus wood has to be refinished at some point. Customer service was awesome!! I had an issue with a couple of my chairs and it was resolved quickly and beyond my expectations! If you're like me and you want an outside chair that might just outlast you than this is it! Great product!! Special thanks to my customer service rep Darwin!!

Just got done putting these together and they look amazing. One of the chairs was damaged in shipping and when I called they immediately took care of the product and sent me a new chair it’s just the individual part was unavailable. Amazing customer service!’

What a hassle. Bought 6 pieces. 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, 2 tables, about $700. Would never buy again. Tables: one missing leg. Requested. Chairs: one damaged side panel, had to request part. One had a back plank hole over drilled so plank is loose. Non workmanship, poor machinery? Incidentally, when we ordered the parts we needed, half of what we ordered came. Failing grade all around.

These chairs are fantastic to sit in, but a little disappointed in the hardware. The screws strip easily and the arm rests are so thin that the screws poke through if you slightly go past the surface on the back side. They should use either shorter screws OR make the armrest thicker.

Purchased chairs over 2yrs ago and they’ve remained uncovered through harsh winters. Delighted with how good & robust they are, however one of the screws had become tarnished due to extreme Scottish weather. Contacted Lifetime and they immediately dispatched replacement screws for me. The chair is back in pristine condition.

Had a repair issue and was able to help me research part needed and replaced under warranty. Greatly appreciate the knowledge and honesty. I would have readily payed for the part as I didn't realize there was a warranty. I will definitely do business with Lifetime again.

Just purchased so this review is based on the chairs out of the box and assembled. These chairs will be used around our fire pit in Florida. So with time, it will be interesting to see their durability. Back to the current time, first, they are very comfortable ergonomically. 4 adult members of my family who normally complain about any seating all gave thumbs up and one even ordered four chairs for herself. The arms are wide enough to hold your arm, cell phones a drink or two etc. Perfection. Sturdy and pretty heavy. Second, the gray is a win for our decor. Love it and I ended up buying two ottomans and four matching side tables. the ottomans are surprisingly comfortable too. Had some minor issue with delivered pieces, sent an email to customer service who responded within 24 hours and gave first class resolution. I am very pleased.

In the past five or so years, we've purchased a total of seven of these chairs and we love them. We live near the beach and corrosion is a huge problem. The stainless hardware on these chairs look like new to this day and the chairs hold their color.
