I was averaging 40 to 41 miles per gallon in my RAV4 hybrid Limited with the OEM tires. I just installed a set of Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. These handle better than the OEM and are more surefooted on mountain roads. I read other CrossClimate2 owners were getting lower mpg so I raised the inflation 4 psi over the recommended pressure to see if that would help. Even with the higher pressure I'm now consistently averaging 34.5 MPG. 15% lower. EV's and hybrid's get a triple hit from high rolling resistance tires like the CrossClimate 2. First when running on gas only, Second from faster battery drain while using battery power only and a third from a loss in regeneration to recharge the battery when coasting or braking.

I’ll never buy another type of tire again. Absolutely love these, I just swapped out my old, worn tires for these. When I left the shop, I couldn’t believe driving could feel as good as it does now. The braking feels safer, and I feel like I could drive in 2 feet of snow if I had to. So happy!

I purchased the cross climate 2s from my local tire discounters. The first year was fantastic great wet and dry / snow performance. From what I was told Michelin states that their tires do not lose performance over time. In my experience putting them on a 4 cylinder honda accord after 1 year and around 6,000 miles even after a tire rotation if I give my stock 4 cylinder more than 10% throttle I spin all over the place even in light rain and light snow. Im very upset and disappointed with the performance of this tire and have to drive very slowly wherever I go in any kind of weather condition except sunny and dry.

It's like driving an entirely new vehicle! I still can't believe how much better it drives. I'm no longer afraid to drive around in snow & rain. Purchased these for a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan that only has 60k miles on it. I work from home. I live in the Illinois.

I am very well pleased with my Michelin Tires-Cross Climate. The driving factor behind my Cross Climate purchase was safety. The fact that I bought Michelin was a given. Michelin has been my go to for all of our vehicles for years. Michelin brand has represented quality and safety while providing many miles of dependable service. What are difference tires make! I bought these for my Scion XD, and I notice a difference is most aspects of my driving. I also bought wheels that were slightly wider. The grip is so different. My car is more steady, and doesn't shift at the slightest twist of the steering wheel. I have better traction in cornering, even at low speeds. The ride is smooth and quiet! In the rain, I've had no issues and dont feel.like i have to try to avoid standing water in ruts. I have better traction taking off. These tires make a difference across all aspects of driving and so far in different conditions too! I have more confidence in my car and handling ability! I didn't know new tires would be this impactful!

I had these tires(or an earlier “model”) on my Honda Accord Hybrid because of their superior ratings & reviews re: traction on wet roads. Because of my excellent experience with the previous tires, I was determined to get the same (or newer version) Crossclimate2 tires. And the new tires have lived up to, or exceeded my expectations

I purchased these tires based on all the high ratings they are receiving. The first issue for me was the load rating being 103 vs 99 and higher speed rating really changes how harsh the vehicle rides. The biggest issue was poor fuel mileage! I track my fuel economy and these tires cut it down between 3 to 5 miles per gallon! Driving them at the recommended tire pressure for the vehicle resulted in the poorest fuel mileage. Adjusting tire pressure higher helped fuel economy slightly and resulted in a harsh ride. After 4000 miles I purchased different tires from a competitor. Very dissatisfied!

We love our new Michelin cross climate 2 tires. We have had these almost 4 months now and have been through many weather tests. Great grip on wet roads and excellent grip in the snow. Braking is very good on both. They run quieter and absorb road abnormalities around the city and on the highway better than the Pirelli tires we had before these. Very smooth. Well worth the slightly higher price than other premium tires in our opinion. Very happy with our purchase.

My wife and I have put three quarters of a million miles on Michelin tires over the last ten years and they have been by far the best when it comes to durability and tread life. We have had sets of Goodyear that don’t get half the same miles on them and have had durability and wear issues. I have used the ltx m/s2s and now the defender ltx m/s and my wife is now using the crossclimates. The grip and control on her tires is excellent and my m/s2s got 100k miles on all of them.
