Put a set of Goodyear Steadfast tires on my 2023 Ram 1500. Nice tires, very quite and smooth ride!

I have not had the tires very long but they seem pretty good! Seems this is a product that is hard to answer right after the purchase.

Great tires on my Ram truck, smooth easy ride

Poor service, I requested my tires be put on the front because that's where my tires were bad. They said they're policy was to put them on the rear and move the rear to the front to which I said ok. Go to pick up my car and the same tires were still on the front. When I confronted them they out right lied and said they rotated them . I had to get a manager and the cover up began. Took over a hour to get resolved. Not a happy customer

The tires are great. The service was very bad. They canceled my first appointment without notice. I seen a technician spin a customer’s tires exiting the garage. I had to bring the vehicle back 3 times to reset the tire sensors which I then had to take to the dealership just to have them simply reset. I have more but I’m tired of typing.
