Nongshim Premium Tonkotsu Kuromayu Noodle Soup 6 pk.

All ramen have a lot of sodium but even for those not watching their intake (you'll likely have to one day!) like I do for kidney stones, this is absurd.  1500+ mg in a some noodles.  Do yourself a favor and find something else.

Way too much sodium

This is an item that we always restock.  My kids love it as is.  For me, I add some veggies because the broth is a little too rich, and some meat/egg for protein, and it's perfect!

Good but black garlic packet looks like mold and I’m
Not sure if that’s normal or if it is moldy so it grosses me out.. I just do without it. Otherwise it has good flavor. Also I opened it to put it away in my cabinets and the top on 6 of them was not glued on fully so they were open. The plastic outside was fully intact so I know it wasn’t open and you have to open the top to put in water anyways so I just secured them
With tape until I eat them. No big deal.

Moldy black garlic packet ?

Easy lunch. My kid make this with an uncooked scrambled egg (the hot water cooks it along with the noodles). They’ve even added hard boiled eggs, shrimp, left over chicken, cilantro and make it their own work. The don’t use the whole spice bag most of the time. These are easy, just as delicious as restaurant soups but a lot cheaper.
