I was excited to get the set. But after getting it I was not happy with the color. It is much darker than the picture showed. Also constantly needing to fluff back cushions and move or reset the bottom cushions. I have yet to receive the protection plan that I paid for. I have called them several times. I'm about to tell them to come get the furniture.

Due to phones/tablets/computers having different color settings sometimes the hue can be a little different in the real world than on a screen. We are sorry but we have nothing to do with the aftermarket protection plan from Sam's Club.

The most beautiful uncomfortable furniture!

I took a chance ordering this without ever seeing it. The furniture is absolutely beautiful and came a bit darker than the pictures which was fine for us. I really really wanted to love this furniture, but it is so incredibly uncomfortable! the seat area is very stiff with little to no give.
