I have chronic back and knee pain. The first night I slept on this I was out like a light. It’s firm enough where you don’t feel like you’re sinking, but pliable enough that you feel like you’re laying on air. Amazing quality. We LOVE our mattress

Mattress is very comfortable. Ordering on the app was easy. Delivery was fast. Setup was a breeze. Just take it out of the box,unwrap and you are done!

At $399 I thought I'd take the chance and get in hopes of helping back pain and thankfully it did just that! With my old mattress I would wake throughout the night with terrible hip and back pain. With this one I sleep great.

The mattress did not expanded to 12 inch, only to 8. Otherwise the mattress was soft but maybe too soft for some with back issues. I sent it back and got a refund.

Item was damaged it expanded once out of the box bigger than what can fit in vehicle. Customer service phone, online , and in person would not partial refund for damaged product

I bought this mattress in June of '21 and it's already sagging in the middle. Also, the fabric on the top is loose and bunching under the fitted sheet. 2 stars because I liked it when I first got it. Wish I had returned it.

The box said medium firm but this mattress is not even close to being a slight bit firm! I gave it 4 stars because although I wanted firm, this mattress made me realize that i don't know what i want! I love this mattress!!!

This mattress is aweful! The 12" must have been measured by a man, because it's only 10". There is NO support, and my wife and I both woke up with terrible back pain. I've slept on cots that were more comfortable.

Worst mattress I've ever had. I bought a firm and it has almost no support. I'm about 175 lb 5'11”. Previously I've had 13 inch zinus eurotop hybrid which was super supportive for about 5 years I've slept on better mattresss at youth hostels.

Great for the price! Got this for my daughter and it's been perfect. Arrived in great condition and is super comfy. We like softer mattress so I ordered the soft version. It's been great, definitely worth a try if you're on the fence!
