Mattress was way too soft for medium firm. If you’re looking for a firm bed, look elsewhere. If you want to return the mattress they make you bring it in yourself and will give you a hard time. One of the customer service workers was rude as well.

I ordered a queen firm mattress and it is not firm at all and has not inflated properly and it’s been up for three days. I am very disappointed. It is saggy and lumpy and looks like I have had it for 16 years instead of three days.

I like the semi firm mattress. With that said, I would like to report 2 issues: 1. I ordered online, item came without original box, which is having wheels for easy movement. 2. Top part of the mattress is getting wavy after every use.

Horrible mattress, was supposed to be firm, what a joke! Had to go out and buy a extra firm mattress topper so I would not sink down to the box springs. Don’t waste your money on this one folks!

I ordered Hotel queen mattress and the size is bigger than the box spring and the queen frame I have. Now wondering what frame I need for this thing, otherwise I have to return and reorder the traditional queen

Item was damaged it expanded once out of the box bigger than what can fit in vehicle. Customer service phone, online , and in person would not partial refund for damaged product

At $399 I thought I'd take the chance and get in hopes of helping back pain and thankfully it did just that! With my old mattress I would wake throughout the night with terrible hip and back pain. With this one I sleep great.

"Firm" should not be in the description of this mattress. This mattress is not firm and does not have any support along the edge. I have purchased several mattresses from Sam's Club over the years, and this is the only one that disappointed me.

So at first I saw “bed in a box “ and thought it would be too soft for my comfort. I was very impressed and still am a couple weeks later after my purchase. I highly recommend this bed to anybody with back problems.

Bought this 16 months ago. Went to change sheets and move bed and discovered mold on the bottom of mattress. Its always had a mattress protector on it and has never been wet or soiled in anyway. Mold is only on the bottom of the mattress
