I purchased 2, opened 1, and returned both. They are way too, too soft. There is no support for good back alignment. A light fist pushing in and it swallows my hand. It does feel soft and confortable but it will be regrettable long-term. It is a good bargain on sale, though.

Pros: very cooling, very comfortable. a medium feels more like a plush so that was a nice surprise. good proce point. Cons: only lasts about 1.5 years before body impressions are so deep it kills your back. and this eas rotating the mattress religiously every other month. but for 499 it was worth trying to see how it worked. would probably be auited best for a guest room where it wouldnt get everyday use.

Purchased this mattress when my granddaughter moved in with me. The one in her bedroom had seen better days. Shipping was a little late but all is forgiven. I ordered the ultra plush queen and she is thrilled with this mattress! No more back aches and I was fortunate to get it when it was $100 off the regular price. Save yourself the aggravation of big box store mattress testing and just order this puppy in what ever size you need, believe me you won't regret it! Worth the world to me to see the smile on her face every time she thanks me for her new mattress.

We are 80 and we had a tempur-pedic. We really love this mattress,, But,,we put it on our base that goes up and down, which it says you can and the mattress has developed a big lump half way down, from putting it up. We have only had it a month and we may have to take it back, because the bulge won't smooth out. I will take a picture and submit again

Bought a twin sized mattress for my toddlers floor bed %26 im very impressed. When I first rolled it out, I was scared it was too soft, but I let it rest for about 2/3 days it was perfect. I lay with my baby all the time now %26 he really sleeps well. No issues!

Sooo, we have had a 20 year old mattress that we bought used because we were on a very tight budget back then. I was debating on whether to buy a nice used mattress for a couple hundred or a “mattress in a box”. My husband talked me out of it after the whole, “what if there are bedbugs in it “ conversation. UGH!! Honestly, we had a bad experience buying a mattress in a box from another site and after only 6 months, it left a “body print” in the mattress. So needless to say, I was weary about buying one. But I checked the reviews and couldn't believe the positive feedback on this one! We have slept on this Queen-sized mattress for 2 nights and it is a game changer! We bought the firm one on sale for $299. It supports you so well and you can sit on the edge of your bed without falling off. My husband has not slept in our bed in 2 years because of peripheral neuropathy pain. He slept in it last night and loved it. A little side note. Do what the directions tell you to do. When you open it, let it sit flat for at least 48 HOURS! Do not try it out or it will warp it. We let ours sit for 72 hours just in case. All in all, I have zero regret for spending $300 on this. It was definitely worth every penny! On a side note, we had bought the twin-sized version of this one for our son's loft bed and he loves his. It is a medium firm.
