Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

This mattress is really nice! I love how easy set up was. It is comfortable I would say it is soft but firm. The only negative for us was the smell it has a strong chemical smell out of the box that has been hard to get rid of. But we left the window open so it can air out. As far as price & quality this has been a great purchase for us.

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

I orginally purchased one of these beds with the adjustable base for my mother when she went into independent living. She absolutely loves it and my kids also love resting on grandma's bed. When we moved and my girls had outgrown their bunk beds, I bought two more. So, everyone loves their beds!

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.

This is a great mattress. One of the reasons we love it so much, its transportable, coming tightly wrapped in a box, although heavy, as we purchased king. It is not as cumbersome to maneuver, easily fitting in vehicles. When opened and placed on bed, its ready to sleep on immediately. Its comfortable, supportive and holds its support for a long time. This is the 4th mattress we've purchased. Ive placed one in three bedrooms and our RV trailer. We love them that much.

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more

I read other reviews and thought I could get away with some of the issues noted about this mattress but no. This is error purchase for me. The mattress is softer than the mattress I'm trying to haul. I literally sink into this mattress. I was expecting medium firm but it's not near it. Planning on returning it. My old mattress lasted over 10 years, not sure this new mattress would make half of that. I brought on sale so i'd say penny wise, pound foolish. Cheap is expensive! Also gives me heat not cooling at all, makes me uncomfortable overnight.

Pros: very cooling, very comfortable. a medium feels more like a plush so that was a nice surprise. good proce point. Cons: only lasts about 1.5 years before body impressions are so deep it kills your back. and this eas rotating the mattress religiously every other month. but for 499 it was worth trying to see how it worked. would probably be auited best for a guest room where it wouldnt get everyday use.

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.
