I have slept on a fair few beds in my life. All have been coil inside ones. I moved recently and needed a bed and opted for this one as it seemed reasonably priced. I waited a month round about to make any review on this bed. It is SO COMFORTABLE. I didn't read many reviews on it but what I did see was saying it was too firm or not firm enough. Look, if you like something that is gunna be plush FEELING but you don't sink a foot in to this is perfection! It took 48 hours to expand, once expanded it was some of the best sleep I've had in years. The adjustment period wasn't bad at all either, I did have some tension in my shoulders during it but that was just my body getting used to a more comfy bed than a harsh bed you can feel springs in. Warranty is good for 10 years and covers a 1in or greater dip in the bed. Seems good enough for foam beds since I've read that does happen to them.

Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.

I love this mattress. We purchased it in Feb 2021 and I feel like I’ve given it plenty of time to have any issues and there are literally non that I can think of. I want 3 more of these. It is literally my favorite mattress in our house. Cannot recommend enough!

Had this mattress now for about 3days. It’s exactly what it states itself to be as a “hotel premier” mattress. Now let me explain. Have you ever been to a hotel and the beds are really soft, whether through years of use or the type of mattress it is? Well this is exactly that. Can I get into bed and knock out? Yessir! However in my case, I wake up with super back pains. I typically sleep on a firm bed due to the back pain I have from an old injury. Don’t believe the line of “medium firm” it’s more like “cloud soft” so keep that in mind. My review is neutral due to me being able to just fall asleep instantly which is something I don’t normally do. If you want the fluff this is for you, if you want something rock hard then don’t count on this to be it.

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

This is a great mattress. One of the reasons we love it so much, its transportable, coming tightly wrapped in a box, although heavy, as we purchased king. It is not as cumbersome to maneuver, easily fitting in vehicles. When opened and placed on bed, its ready to sleep on immediately. Its comfortable, supportive and holds its support for a long time. This is the 4th mattress we've purchased. Ive placed one in three bedrooms and our RV trailer. We love them that much.

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

With mostly good reviews, my husband and I thought we would save some money and get a decent mattress from Sam's vs overpriced ones elsewhere. Man, were we wrong! When we first tried it out we thought "this is nice". It was softer than the medium-firm description. But the more you lay there, the deeper you sink. You get sweaty it's so hot. And uncomfortable. We had a crick in our neck the first few nights we slept in it (notice "in" it, not on it, because you are in this thing!"). You sink so low as your head stays on your pillow that your neck is in a very awkward position. We added a topper that helped some, but the mattress still sinks and sucks out topper in with it. It stinks right in the middle. We both wind up in the middle in this hole every morning. It's like a nest. A nest made by some gigantic bird that thinks we are its babies. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read, you can forget it with this one. Your bottom sinks in as you sit there and your little legs hang on to the top to keep you from getting completely devoured by the mattress. Reminds me of an old episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "Tales From the Crypt", I can't remember which one, but the bed was eating people. I really do not want to go through the hassle of trying to return this bed, especially because there is no way to get it back in the box. I don't live near by my Sam's Club either. On top of this mattress ordeal, they charged me twice for another item and can't take care of giving me a simple refund over the phone. They want me to drive sixty-six miles round trip to do that. I am very disappointed in customer service right now.
