I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more

We have 2 queens of this mattress and love them. We tried a queen first before buying a king size. Have been really disappointed in the king. The king size mattress is so soft and already has dents after 4 weeks of use. We used the queen for 8 months and didn’t have any of the issues we’re having with the king.

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

I had a 5k high end name brand mattress I’d been sleeping on for years and then for the last few months I found I could not get comfortable on it no matter how I turned. I had slept on a full size of this mattress while recuperating from hip surgery and had found it extremely comfortable! So I decided to replace my expensive mattress for this one. Extremely smart decision! It is so comfortable! I do not have to constantly reposition.

First we purchased one for our toddler’s big boy bed. After trying it out for a month we ended up buying another for our own bed. For a foam bed, it’s pretty great. I’d like to see the edges more firm but that seems to be a problem with foam beds in general.

I read other reviews and thought I could get away with some of the issues noted about this mattress but no. This is error purchase for me. The mattress is softer than the mattress I'm trying to haul. I literally sink into this mattress. I was expecting medium firm but it's not near it. Planning on returning it. My old mattress lasted over 10 years, not sure this new mattress would make half of that. I brought on sale so i'd say penny wise, pound foolish. Cheap is expensive! Also gives me heat not cooling at all, makes me uncomfortable overnight.

Wasn’t sure what type of a bed I wanted after sleeping on a waterbed for over 30 years. This bed met all my expectations and I’m glad I made the purchase. I ordered the king size and it does take two people to unroll it due to its size. I waited 48 hours as suggested and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. It’s a beautiful, cooling and comfortable bed to sleep on. So happy I made this purchase.

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.
