Medium was pretty firm - my husband loved it and HATED the Firm. The Firm was like laying on a plank of pine wood with a blanket over it. The Ultra Plush works well for me - soft enough to sleep, where the medium was a bit on the firm side for me.

This is our 3rd mattress in our 44 years of marriage and it is the best. Much less expensive than the last one, but so much better!!! I'm so glad we bought this one.

It is very comfortable. Didn't have a smell as some other reviews mentioned. We left it to "rise" for 48 hours. First night on it, I slept all through the night, which I haven't done in years. It's not too soft or too firm.

The mattress took just about 3-4 hrs to be at its full potential! It’s was supper soft the mattress molds to you like a glove. My fiancé and I could barely wake up we were getting such good rest.

Bed is supposed to be medium-firm. It is real soft. When we unrolled it, there was a gold of fabric that will not lay flat. We are returning this mattress.

This was our first purchase of a mattress in a box. Our guest slept on it for two nights and loved it. The cooling gel kept her cool throughout the night. This mattress works great on the Member’s Mark adjustable base.

Good mattress, but super soft for a firm mattress. Waiting for truck now for pickup to return. I think it was a return that was placed in the wrong box. It was stuffed in the box and not rolled like the illustration.

Not happy. It says medium firm but it’s too soft and uneven. It’s either you slide on the side or pushed in the middle. Made my husband’s back pain worse and gives us body pain. We end up having to sleep in our guest room.

Very poor support for regular-sized adults. Adults sink through all the way to the bottom of the mattress. It’s not terrible for kids because of their weight, however.
