Little to soft.

Two nights used and it created a wrinkle in centre.

I bought this mattress but haven’t slept on it yet. It smells like glue or chemicals . I aired out the room , turned fan on, opened windows, put deodoranizer on plug and it still smells.

Member's Mark 12" Firm Memory foam mattress is exactly what I've been searching for in a mattress. It's consistently firm across the entire mattress and does not sag in the middle.

Just enough softness without being to firm… only complaint is that has a slight loose, wrinkle that didn't fill out completely but doesn't effect comfort…. To heavy and a little difficult( once out of box ) to exchange

We get great comments on how comfortable this bed is from guests who stay at our glampground. I believe it is right in the middle ground for most types of sleepers. We have one in all 4 of our dwellings.

I wish they had mattresses set up to test for firmness. Our mattress was a little too soft. It's very comfortable to sleep on, but when you sit on the edge it feels squishy. We purchased the medium firm.

I was skeptical about the mattress in a box, but when we unpacked it and placed it on our box spring, it expanded and was surprisingly comfortable! We love it as it provides a good night's sleep!

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!

Not happy. It says medium firm but it’s too soft and uneven. It’s either you slide on the side or pushed in the middle. Made my husband’s back pain worse and gives us body pain. We end up having to sleep in our guest room.
