Medium firm purchased, its way to soft, zero support. I am so disappointed, my 10 year old mattress was way better. I threw away the packaging so return is out of the question and even if I had it how do you roll it back into the box? Mission impossible.

Really Nice!

We're at day three on our Members Mark mattress, after returning a Casper mattress that we purchased. We found that the Casper was very stiff, and didn't breathe. On the flip side, this new mattress is super comfortable, and breathes well. It says cooling gel, but I haven't really felt cooling (It just has better airflow). For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

Horrible smell

Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.

Terrible product and impossible return

Defective-as others have stated, it has a lump in the middle. Bought it for my guest room. Contacted Sam's through chat to find how to complete a return. They just said I needed to talk to the store. Store said I could put it back in the box (which is impossible) or wrap it in plastic. Then I get to stuff it into my car (which it won't fit in) and drive it back. I also don't live near Sam's so this whole thing is incredibly inconvenient. I tried to upload a picture, but this app only gives me an error message.

Frustrated with the lack of free shipping for plus

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of free shipping for Plus members. It is unacceptable that despite paying for a Plus membership, this basic benefit is not provided. What exactly is the purpose of the Plus membership if it does not include essential perks like free shipping?

Worked in a jam. Picked up a mattress on the cheap after ours was ripped my movers. I also picked up 2 twin xl for 2 of my kids after they got new beds. I shoukd have known better for our adult bed. It was comfortable for a little over a year, then had noticeable dips and sag in the top layer. My partner and I both weigh between 140-150, so we aren't overly large people. Rotating the mattress didn't help prevent the sag. After 1.5 years my back couldn't take it anymore, and this mattress had to go. I'm also noticing a bit of sag in the 8 year old's mattress. She's under 100lbs AND doesn't live with us/sleep here full time. The top layer just doesn't hold up. No issues on the mattress for the 4yr old but... she's 4. Same thing there - that she doesn't sleep over at our place every night. Wishing I had just gotten innerspring mattresses for the kids, and gone back to our original mattress (Tuft and Needle) from the get go.

Better than expected

When we were looking at the matress selection at Sam's we couldn't find Soft type mattresses in store that would work with adjustable bed frame. We ended up on going with this medium firm Members Mark Hotel series and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted being that it's in a box and you can't try it out in store it actually was softer then what we pictured and for a side sleeper you feel nestled into the matress rather than on top and using pillows to get support its so nice what a difference it makes to sleep better.

Our daughter describes this as "lifechanging"!

I guess our gust bed mattress was not exactly up to par. Ooops. Our daughter researched all the online foam mattresses and thought that this Member's Mark was the best quality for the right price. Set up was a snap. Really! After her first night on it, she described it as "amazing" . "Lifechanging" . She was not happy to report that it was better than her $2000 mattress at home. So, highly recommended!

THEY CHANGED THE QUALITY

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

Buyers Beware of Sam's Club

Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.
