Absolutely love! It arrived in an easy to handle box (little heavy but manageable). Packaging was great but you need to have your mattress where you want it before you start unpacking. As soon as you start unwrapping your mattress is going to continue to increase in size. It’s so comfortable and it has the cooling fabric. Highly recommend! We are now replacing all our mattress with this type.

I am aware that these mattresses will have an odor when opening, that was expected. We are now about a month out from it being opened and I can still smell it when I walk into that room. I am seriously considering returning it regardless of the fact that it is comfortable. The smell is just overwhelming for me.

These have always been my go to mattresses. I think I’ve had one for 10+ years and it’s still my favorite bed. I bought this twin size one for my son to go in his hospital bed because it works so much better when your bed bound than any hospital mattress can give you

Very surprised with the comfort level from "bed in a box". Once it was removed from the box and left to rea h its full form and shape- about 20m- it was very comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. Purchased the matching platform also and was able to get that set up in minutes. All in all, for around $600, its a great value.

One of the best Mattresses I’ve purchased in a long time. Great quality as well as affordable. I set this up in my guest bedroom & had family in town for the thanksgiving holiday. They absolutely loved it! I got several complaints on how comfortable the bed was. I would definitely purchase again!

This mattress is awesome! It’s firm but soft, the thickness is perfect... not too thin and not too thick. My sheets fit so I didn’t have to purchase anything new. It’s great! Easy to assemble and the smell was not that bad either. We set it up and gave two whole days to air out before we slept on it. Will definitely purchase this again if I need a new mattress in the future.

We purchased this mattress to replace the Sealy Posturepedic mattress that was twice the cost and didn’t even last a year before sagging. We’ve had this one for close to a month and love it to this point. It did take a few nights to “break in” as other reviews have mentioned, but it is NOT hard as a rock as other reviews have said. I will return to this review when we get to the year mark and update it about the mattress durability.

This was easy to open and The box is heavy FYI, if you are bringing it upstairs. It is a medium firmness, i think it is more soft to medium. I've slept on it for two weeks and it is comfortable, and it kind of conforms to your body. I am happy. I wanted a little more firmness, but it is fine.

Bought for my husband to use while he repairs our house. He's a big guy over 6'4" and 250lbs. He said he sinks a bit into it, just being so large, but it really is holding up well. The mattress is comfortable, not too firm. He did end up putting a boxspring under it.

This mattress is fabulous. I ordered these for our Airbnb property and people have told me they've never slept as good as they did until this bed. I went ahead and bought some to replace mattresses at home as well. It's sooo comfortable and you can't beat the price.
