The mattress never got to the full 12 inch height that it was supposed to get to. In addition, the medium firmness is significantly less firm than we expected.

the mattress constantly slides off the box spring. I going to try and remedy this by purchasing a bed frame that doesn't need a box spring. mattress is comfortable.

This is the best mattress i’ve ever bought. The quality is outstanding. The comfort is out of this world. It’s firm, but not too firm, all while still being so soft. Will 100% buy again.

This is the 3rd mattress we have purchased in our family and i have nothing but good things to say. It is comfortable, affordable, and easy to set up.

Off gassing

Purchased two queen mattress’s guest bedrooms. Everyone remarked how well they slept on them! Arrived pretty quickly after ordered. Arrived in a large but not too bulky box. The mattress expands after unboxing. Not two heavy but does take two to maneuver due to size.

I have purchased the Serta mattress at sams and the quality is way different. This mattress is very weak around the edges and the corners are worse. If you are using a platform bed that is slatted the mattress will push right through so you will need some kind of support between your mattress and the slots. I would recommend the serta bed in a box over this one for sure.

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

Bought a cal king a year ago and am extremely happy with this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and found it a bit firm, even in ultra plush, but I bought a Serta memory foam-and-"fluff" mattress pad, which made it exquisitely comfortable. Now the mattress and sleeping is perfect and absolutely delightful for me. I love getting in the bed, so look forward to those few minutes of enjoying the mattress cushy comfort before drifting off to sleep. My 75 pound dog jumps up in the night and I don't feel it at all. I only know she did it because she is still there in the morning. LOL Will buy another, smaller, when I relocate in a couple months. You can not beat this for the price. I couldn't be any happier with it. Seriously
