The description says Medium Firm, however this is the softest mattress that I have ever slept on. Not comfortable at all for me. How do I return it?

I bought this for my guest room 4 months ago. No smell at all. No complaints at all. It’s super comfy and has medium to firm support.

A decent mattress for the price. The edges are not sturdy so I have to sleep more toward the center of the mattress.
