[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mattress a week ago and since the very first time my wife and I tried it, our necks and backs (honestly, our entire bodies) can’t be more happy and grateful about it! It is extremely comfortable, not overly fluffy or overly flat, but the perfect amount of firmness. Our sleep has notoriously improved a lot better and every morning we wake up fully rested and energized.

I had to lay down on it first to try it out and it is so comfortable. I think I may order one to replace my current 10 year old mattress. He loves it says he sleeps more comfortably than ever. It’s not soft and not firm, a good balance in between. It came packaged in a pretty small box (for a queen sized mattress). My son and I were able to carry it in. No bad smells or anything and it popped right into place out of the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always curious about the quality of sleep I will get when I'm staying in a hotel, as it seems all of the mattresses are completely different. I wish every hotel had this mattress, though. It's comfortable, it's right in the middle-of-the-road as far as softness/firmness is concerned, it doesn't get too hot, nor do you freeze to death while sleeping. I'm very impressed with the quality and I look forward to getting many a good night's sleep on this mattress. My only potential concern is the longevity, but that's something we'll just have to find out in the long-term. If you're looking for something that is of good quality, comfortable, and not tailored to a very specific type of person, then I'd definitely recommend giving this mattress a try.

After trying various types of mattresses with all kinds of materials and thicknesses, I've finally found one on which I can wake up completely rejuvenated without any signs of a sore back. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Member's Mark 12-in mattress. Give it a shot and you won't go back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I want to say is that this mattress is really very heavy. It weighs 90 lbs. So if you are not that strong, you might need some extra hands to set this up. I had to wait for my husband to bring this to the second floor in the guest room. It was folded and compressed and secured with a big plastic wrap. Once you remove the plastic wrap the mattress will expand. Per instructions, it will take up to 48 hours to fully expand and we did just like that. Initially, we set it up in iur guestroom. However, I want to try it for myself. So we removed our okd mattress in our bedroom and replace it with this one. We had a 10-inch mattress and this one is a 12-inch. I like that it gives our bed more height. I an so in love with the cool-to-touch quilted cover on the top. It feels very luxurious! Also the cover has zipper and it’s removeable and washable. I must say, we had the most comfortable sleep ever! I didn’t wake up feeling sore. We had a good sleep. My husband liked it too so we decided to use it ourselves instead of putting in the guest room. The only thing I don’t like is the smell which I am hoping should die down after several days. Other than that, I am really pleased with this mattress and I highly recommend.

The bed seems comfortable. Before we got the mattress, I read a bunch of reviews. I saw many Kings that seemed to have the issue with the edges not expanding all the way, but the Full and Twin size reviews seemed not to have those issues. So I took a chance and got the Queen. After 48 hours, one whole side edge didn't expand (or it seems it may be that the top layer isn't lining up with the rest of the bed), and a two foot portion of one of the shorter edges is partially folded up and of course didn't expand properly. We're going to go ahead and try it so we don't have to haul it all the way back to Sam's, but if the issues aren't something we can live with after the first week or two, we'll take it back.

I never had memory foam in a mattress before. I wanted to give it a try and love how soft it is. I do not recommend this if you are a person who likes a firmer mattress. It is way more on the softer side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bed for my son. He went from a twin to the Hotel Premier Collection Members Mark 12-inch Mattress and he loves it!! I slept on it one night and it was so cool and comfy. I was a little skeptical and thought I would sink into the bed to much but I didnt what so ever! Im going to look into buying myself one! I loved that my body didnt get hot and uncomfortable while sleeping! The mattress was easy to set up, pulled it out of the plastic and let it rise, so neat!!

It came in a box and all you need to do is unfold it and let it expand. It make take a few hours to raise the total 12 inch. I love memory foam mattresses and I was happy to see this one is a plush mattress. What is means medium. Not firm, no soft. Right in between what it's perfect. This one also has a gel memory in the top for cooling what it's very nice. The quilt look is beautiful. You also need a platform or a box spring for this matress. I cannot give an opinion on how long this matress will last, but it has a 10 year warranty and in comparison with my king bed that is a plush memory foam as well it's matching high standards. Memory foam mattress are the best investment and this brand its has a good price. Thanks to this opportunity, I got to improve our guest room from full size to Queen and with an awesome matress. I can't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to find this mattress, as I was in the market to upgrade my daughter's bed. She is growing and not only needed to move from a full size but also to a more supportive mattress that will last years. The Member's Mark brand is already a brand my family trusts and I was excited to gear about this new mattress! The mattress arrived quickly and was compacted in a box. It was quite heavy- 90 pounds actually! Opening the box was the toughest thing to do! This works best with two people- one to pull the mattress out and one to stabilize the large box. Once out of the box, you have to unravel several layers of plastic wrap. The mattress immediately began to expand. I placed it in my daughter's room- on top of her bunkie board bed frame and watched it open up to a 12" deep mattress! Wow! I left it alone for 48 hours as suggested in my box- but I believe it would have been completely expanded within a few hours. This mattress is dreamy- soft and durable material. This is a foam mattress, so your body feels cradled when you lay down but the support is very impressive. My daughter actually slept in the first night- something she never does- and said she felt amazing. After a few days of her bragging about this, I actually took a nap on this mattress and I'm totally jealous. This seriously feels like a soft cloud, but after sleeping you can feel that it is equally supportive. This is an amazing mattress from start to finish. You can easily set this up yourself. The quality is simply the best I have ever seen! I'm completely self on this and can't wait to get another for my son's room next! I see this lasting quite some time and this will be the last mattress I will ever get for my teenager!
