We are very happy with our purchase of the Hotel Premium mattress. We purchased it for our guest room, but it is so comfortable that we are thinking about swapping it with our brand name memory foam mattress. It expanded very quickly, but took a day or so to firm-up. The smell was not too strong and gets less detectable every day. Yes I recommend this product!

It was time to move my teenage boy to a queen bed and I wanted something comfortable for him but didn’t want to spend a fortune. Found this for about $400 at Sam’s and was hoping it wasn’t too firm or to giving. My daughter and I tried it out when he was gone for camp and I slept like a baby. I have an expensive mattress and I slept just as good, if not better on this. Very nice quality!

This indicates is medium firm but is by far the softest mattress I've ever had. I need a much firmer one. It also had lumps from not evenly expanding. I need to return it. Unfortunately, since I picked up in store instead of ordering online, I need to return it to the store. (The store was extremely rude when I asked about options.) One gal on phone told me to 'just roll it back up'... guessing she doesn't understand how these work :)

I redecorated my son's room and was originally looking for a mattress topper to bring life into a VERY OLD mattress. A quality topper is pricey and I figured it would be a temporary fix which would ultimately lead to a new mattress sooner than later. I stumbled upon this Member's Mark mattress at my local Sam's club during my topper hunt. The price was double the price of a nice topper, so I decided to skip the topper and go straight for a new mattress. After a couple of days of expanding, it is really nice. My son only comes home from college occasionally, so it is a perfect addition to his room. Personally, I like a firm mattress, but when I lay on this one to test it out, I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfy it is. My son loves the way it sleeps and never complains any more about coming home and staying for a while.

I purchased this mattress quickly online without spending much time reading its description. Just a lot of satisfied comments and an attractive price. If I had known it was a "bed in a box" I probably would have passed it over in favor of a traditional mattress. When it arrived, I was surprised and nearly returned it without opening the box, but after rereading a lot of happy online comments, I decided to give it a try. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I look forward to many happy years with it.

I have purchased more than 7 boxed memory foam from Sam’s or Costco. This mattress was packaged beautifully, sprang up when opened and had far less of the chemical smell than previous mattresses. I gave it 24 hours to rise, but the morning after I slept on it I had new pain in my hips, knees, elbows and shoulders...I’m 5’5, 130 lbs and 40 years old. This type of pain was a first! I tried it again for 2 hours the next night and moved to the sofa. For whatever reason this particular members mark hotel collection mattress was too firm for me. In the store I sat on Serta’s bed in a box version and it was far softer but was unclear if that was its composition or if it had been broken in by other consumers. I purchased the members mark mattress because they produce great products and I wanted to give them a shot. Luckily I was able to track down my receipt from my previous mattress also purchased at Sam’s by Night Therapy and ordered it as a replacement. I purchased a mattress bag to protect the members mark mattress in the return process, but when I called to double check they were accepting return due to covid they told me Fed Ex would pick it up! The associate on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful immediately credited my card and arranged Fed Ex pick-up 2 days later. I had a terrific experience even though this bed didn’t work out for me!

Guests were coming on short notice and we needed a mattress ready for use in 48 hours. We bought online, used curbside picked up, loaded it into the back of the Jeep, brought it home, unrolled it, and our guests were comfortably sleeping on it the 2nd night! Best things: made in USA (no gross Chinese foam smell), well-engineered packaging (box has wheels, fits through standard doorways & you don't need a truck for transport!), it's not as heavy as you'd expect it to be, plus it has an elegant look and a universal comfort (medium firm). Love it!

Bought two of these for our guest room and the guests were very pleased, even after multiple night’s sleep. We ordered the Ultra Plush version and were worried they might be too soft, but not at all. Very supportive. Excellent beds for the price. Plus the twin-XL makes a King size, if we elect to attach two frames together.

Sleeping in this bed felt like lying in quick sand. When you first sit or lie on it you think it feels firm but plush but then you continue to sink in further and further to where it's hard to move from one position to another. I hated this bed, I literally felt claustrophobic trying to move around in on this mattress.

I was disappointed with this mattress! It is no more than a bed topper. My fault I guess for not going to the store and looking at it first. I got this for my college granddaughter in another location and time was the essence. When it said Hotel Premier Collection, I trusted it.
