There is zero support at all. I had high hopes however this is a total bust. I have no idea how this can be advertised as medium firm when it is total mush. When it says Hotel, I thought it would be similar to a hotel type of mattress and there would be support for head, neck and body. Save your money and keep looking.

I was very skeptical based on some of the reviews posted, but one night on it changed my mind. I didn't have any of the issues with the sides not inflating or staying flat. The mattress is very comfortable for being a medium firm and I prefer firm. If they had a firm option I totally would upgrade to it.

I don’t have enough words to say about this mattress. Hands down the best mattress I’ve ever had in my life. I have never slept as good as I do now. Only flaw is that I have a hard time waking up in the morning because it’s so comfortable! It has the perfect cushion too!

Extremely plushy

I purchased this mattress for my son. It arrived perfectly, it expanded perfectly, it was comfortable. I read that the mattress may have a sent that will go away. Not the case here after about 3 weeks of upping the windows the stinch was making me sick and my son who has asthma. I took the covering off to wash it to hopefully alleviate the sent only to find the foam had a huge stain on it as if it had gotten wet, which explains the odor. I am so mad. I have just thrown away money.

The description said it was 12 inches high and it was only 9 inches high after three days out of the box. We had to keep our daughters broken box spring to make the bed high enough for her to get out of her bed. If I knew it be only 9 inches I would have picked another bed.

I was a little nervous about ordering this mattress, didn't really know what to expect. I absolutely love it!! First it came earlier than expected. There was no odor like some people have claimed. It filled out perfectly. I did give it over 24 hrs before I slept on it. It is not a mattress that you sink into. It is a med firm I would say. I am a side sleeper and find it very comfy. I have not been able to sleep on my back for a long time but find I can in this. I don't want to get out of bed in the am. Also does not leave indentations where you sleep.

Thanks to the courier, it took almost a month to get here, can't say it was worth the wait either. It didn't puff out fully out of the packaging, and it's very soft to be a firm mattress. Needed something in a pinch, and this will do, but it's definitely not a long term solution for me.

We bought the members mark 12" hotel foam mattress. I usually like a firm mattress, this said medium firm. It was super easy, you carefully cut the wrapping and it airs up instantly. We have slept without pain for a week now. No complaints here. Awesome mattress, especially for the price.

With mattresses being so expensive these days giving this member mark mattress a try was an easy decision. Bought for a guest bedroom, have had 3-4 different people sleep on it and they all said it was great. We will see how it holds up but for the price it’s definitely worth a try!
