It says medium but it felt like a rock to me. Thankfully they accept a return. Note for COVID mattress returns all you need to do it cut the mattress tags off and return. Then discard mattress on your own.

I’ve bought mattresses with Sam’s before but never the member’s mark brand. Exceeded my expectations and will buy the same style in the future for guest rooms.

This is a good quality mattress for someone who likes a soft bed, this was for a guest bed but it would not be my choice personally as I prefer a firmer mattress. Good bang for the buck though!

Very nice and very comfortable mattress we got this for our kids going to college and he's sleeping really well on it I would recommend people buying it

Ok for the price if you don’t care if it’s truly a 12” mattress. Had it open for 5 days and never inflated to the 12”. Was about 10-1/2”. Smell didn’t dissipate either. Returned this item.

This is the perfect mattress for my 6 year old daughter. She is always saying how comfy she is when she is laying on her new mattress, I have slept with her on some occasions and got the best rest too.

This mattress is very comfortable I love my bed I just had knee replacement it feels wonderful with the adjustable bed frame and the price is reasonable

Very comfortable. Im sleeping so mich better than i used to. Our old bed was sinking down about the time we bought this (right before we bought this one). Once it expanded we havent had any problems. Even comfortable after surgery.

I sleep so much better on this mattress! I had been sleeping on the same mattress for 15 years. I was much needed for an upgrade. I have gotten some of the best sleep I've had in years lately. And I love that it also keeps me cooler at night.
