astronomical mattresses. Definitely choose this one over the new hybrid one. My entire household has these in all sizes. I bought my first one about 5 years ago and it hasn't had any impressions or imperfections. highly recommended. It has significantly reduced my lower back and hip pains. even the dogs love it

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more

Had this mattress now for about 3days. It’s exactly what it states itself to be as a “hotel premier” mattress. Now let me explain. Have you ever been to a hotel and the beds are really soft, whether through years of use or the type of mattress it is? Well this is exactly that. Can I get into bed and knock out? Yessir! However in my case, I wake up with super back pains. I typically sleep on a firm bed due to the back pain I have from an old injury. Don’t believe the line of “medium firm” it’s more like “cloud soft” so keep that in mind. My review is neutral due to me being able to just fall asleep instantly which is something I don’t normally do. If you want the fluff this is for you, if you want something rock hard then don’t count on this to be it.

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

When we were looking at the matress selection at Sam's we couldn't find Soft type mattresses in store that would work with adjustable bed frame. We ended up on going with this medium firm Members Mark Hotel series and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted being that it's in a box and you can't try it out in store it actually was softer then what we pictured and for a side sleeper you feel nestled into the matress rather than on top and using pillows to get support its so nice what a difference it makes to sleep better.

So I’ve only ever owned cheap spring mattresses they were way too firm and I’ve had back problems for as long as I can remember and I’m only 27. We got this mattress and I woke up so refreshed feeling. I need something that helps my pressure points and this did it! It does not sink me in but it curves to my body very lightly. I’m a side sleeper so this helped so much. I normally wake up with side pain and not anymore. Never woke in the middle of the night like I normally do. Both my kids have memory foam already but they’re twin mattresses so when we are ready to upgrade them I’d love to buy them the Members Mark one!! I never had any issues with a smell like the other reviewer and I only waited 24 hours it got up to 12 inches immediately but I still waited a day. Thank you Sam’s for selling an affordable comfortable mattress!

Bought this mattress on 02/06/2023. It is now 3 years old and it is junk. A year ago it started to bunch up in places, and now sags with no support. From the sounds of others comments, no point in trying to get warranty service. Both my wife and I now have back problems.
