[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with this mattress. The last mattress was a bit too soft and we weren’t getting good sleep. This mattress is very firm and it’s great on my back. Not only that, but it’s quite refreshing. I tend to get hot a lot at night and sweat, but the fabric is breathable and fresh. It has a cooling effect. It’s not too big and bulky either. It’s a great mattress!

I actually look forward to crawling into bed now and really don't like getting out of it in the morning. I can tell that I sleep a lot better than on the two previous mattresses I've tried in the past year. I used to turn from side to side for a long time before I fell asleep, just trying to get comfortable but now I can sleep in any position without all the tossing and turning. The box that it comes in is so small that it doesn't seem possible this deep of a mattress is inside of it. It's easy to transport to the appropriate room and maneuver to the right spot before unwrapping it. Once opened, there was the normal new mattress smell for about two days however it was not overwhelming, only noticeable. The documentation said to allow up to 48 hours for it to fully expand but that you could use it prior to that if it seemed comfortable. I went to bed about six hours after it was opened and it was ready to sleep on. I am very happy with this mattress and have been recommending it to all of my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised in how this shipped as it's all rolled and compressed into a air tight bag. The box isn't that big but after you open it. This unrolls into a queen size mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is when laying on it. You don't feel your partner getting on at one end, the vibrations and movement is mitigated from side to side. So when my partner gets on or off, I don't feel it when laying on the mattress, which is great since we have a newborn and constantly getting off the mattress. I love the firmness of the 12 inch foam and getting a good night's rest. Very satisfied with the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opened the box the mattress arrived in in the late morning and let it sit to decompress for the day (it recommends 12-48 hours). I highly recommend opening it when you're able to open windows. It has an initial odor that I found to be strong and unpleasant. By that evening we were able to put in on our box spring and I find it very comfortable. There is still a slight odor 1 week later but it continues to fade. I love the mattress. If you're a side sleeper there's not much give (it's firm). Pros: Comfortable, Firm, Quiet (if you or your partner are not sound sleepers) Cons: the initial smell

Love that it has a cover that can come off to wash and put back on. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that this mattress is very very soft. If you are looking for a frim mattress, then this one is not for you. The pillow top is suppose to be something like a cooling topper, but to me, it holds in the heat. If you stay in one spot for too long, it does get a bit warm. All in all, it is a great mattress, and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a high-priced memory foam mattress before and this member’s mark mattress is better. It came vacuum packed and unfurling it was easy. There was no weird smell and it became its normal size within a matter of minutes, not hours. I would not hesitate to buy this mattress and am now campaigning to my husband to ge the king size one as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product of Hotel Premier Collection Member's Mark 12-Inch Mattress from tryitsampling and it's really nice. It came in a box and all you need to do is unfold it and let it expand. It make take a few hours to raise the total 12 inch. I love memory foam mattresses and I was happy to see this one is a plush mattress. What is means medium. Not firm, no soft. Right in between what it's perfect. This one also has a gel memory in the top for cooling what it's very nice. The quilt look is beautiful. You also need a platform or a box spring for this matress. I cannot give an opinion on how long this matress will last, but it has a 10 year warranty and in comparison with my king bed that is a plush memory foam as well it's matching high standards. Memory foam mattress are the best investment and this brand its has a good price. Thanks to this opportunity, I got to improve our guest room from full size to Queen and with an awesome matress. I can't be happier.

It was delivered in a rolled up bag, that i had to unroll and let sit for about 24 hours to flatten. The cool gel feature is nice and i like the memory foam option so far. I haven't noticed too much difference between this and my old mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teenage son has been sleeping on this for about two weeks and he is really enjoying it. When it came in a box and shrink wrapped my first impression was, no way! All we did was cut open the plastic and lay it on the bed. Within 24 hours the bed seemed to be completely fluffed out. This isn't a super thick mattress but it is thick enough. I was able to put regular queen bedding and it all fit just fine. I wouldn't say it was a cool or a warm bed. It seemed to be just right. Highly recommended and happy to have it!
