The description says Medium Firm, however this is the softest mattress that I have ever slept on. Not comfortable at all for me. How do I return it?

This mattress is soft but supportive. If you are looking for a firm mattress, this is not it. Don’t think I would buy again.

I bought this for my guest room 4 months ago. No smell at all. No complaints at all. It’s super comfy and has medium to firm support.
