I just bought this last week. It says medium firm in description but it is anything but. It is too soft. One sleeps on it for 3 nights and back pain starts. I wonder if I I could return it and exchange it for a real mattress that has some support at all.

Slept on this mattress for a month now and I dont wake up with sore back anymore. Its probably more that its gel memory foam since Ive slept on everything else with same back issues for years and after lot of researching Im glad I purchased this mattress!

I purchased the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Full size) on May 27, 2024 for my son's room. A week ago, I discovered he was sleeping on the floor without mentioning any discomfort with the mattress. On December 6, 2024, I bought a new bed frame because I hadn't’t purchased a box spring. Initially, I noticed the head of the mattress was lower than the foot, which I attributed to it being new. Now, there’s a sinkhole forming at the head of the mattress. While the mattress has a weight limit of 300 lbs and my son weighs approximately 274 lbs, I am unsure if this is contributing to the issue.

I was a little hesitant to buy after reading the bad reviews, but I did and it's a great mattress for the price. I laid it out at 2p and was about 90% ready at 8p, slept better then I have in years. It took about 2 days to be 100% and was more firm then I wanted but it works. I also picked one up for my daughter and her husband they later went and bought one for my granddaughter. If you buy one one it's not even as it inflating it takes 24-48hrs to fully inflat.

I loved this mattress for about 60 days BUT at about 2 months of owning this, the foam inside started to yellow and come through the fabric casing-which is not washable. It looked awful. Thankfully Sams has a 90 day return policy BUT you cannot take it back to them so you are stuck paying $100 to have it hauled away so you don’t really get a full refund. If you don’t care how it looks, but it and get good sleep. If you do, choose something different.

Note that this mattress will come in a box compressed and will pop open to a queen mattress which is impossible to return. It was way too soft for me and hurt my already poor back but has been a nightmare to return and I have found a return impossible.

My husband loved this mattress instantly. Going from an innerspring mattress to a foam one was a little more difficult for me. It took a couple of weeks for me to really like it. Now we both love the mattress so much, we went ahead and bought one for our RV.

Purchased because had good reviews. It was very comfortable but was concerned as a lump started to develop. I have had a Foam mattress before and not had this issue. I had to return it because it was starting to bother me. Spend the extra money on a Serta. You do bring it back to return it.

Comfort level is fine, but the bad smell hust won't go away.

This is definitely NOT a firm mattress. There's also a whole in the center. Very disappointed
