Bought November 30,2023 For my bed ridden son in order to prevent bed sores. It didn't work. I'm returning it.

It was too soft and started hurting my lower back.  Also, it had no cooling at all.  I was hotter than usual & caused me to wake up often!

Too soft, too hot

This is my first mattress topper and I don’t like memory foam mattresses. After reading reviews I decided to give this one a try. I’m a very happy customer. I’m a side sleeper and tend to get over heated. Cool sleep and no longer getting out of bed with sore hips.
