Sams - Tire order and install - Great Experience!

Ordering and installation process was on time as scheduled... crew was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining questions I had about suspension, etc while tires were off the car.

MangoT tire time

So far so good, less than 1000 miles. Waiting for heavy rain to check wet weather traction.

Not working on Chevy Cruze

The tires did not work very well on my vehicle. The tires were so bad they had to be replaced with another brand.

Holy LOUD!

I purchased two of these tires for the front of my Mazda3. They are ridiculously loud. You have to practically yell to speak to passengers, people on Bluetooth can't hear you, and to hear the radio you practically blow out the Bose speakers. Otherwise, they handle just fine. I had planned on replacing my other two tires to make them all match but I will definitely not be purchasing these again.

Made in Mexico now, unbalanceable/out of round.

After doing extensive research on tires for my car, I decided on Coopers due to their longstanding reputation, value, good specs, and are known for being made in the USA. When the technician called me over to come pick up my car, I noticed the tires had really bad quality control, lots of poorly stamped lettering, excessive amounts of rubber protruding from the molding seams, and the rubber looked super dry and old for only being two months old per the date codes. I then noticed the "MADE IN MEXICO" stamp on the tires. I hopped in my car to drive off, and once I reached 40mph, I immediately noticed a slight shuddering. I assumed I just wasn't used to the new tires so I drove home. On the freeway, the car was all over the place and I had to constantly make corrections to the steering to stay in the lane. It was like steering on ice. My car has perfect alignment and the tire pressures were to factory spec at the time. The shuddering gradually got worse over the next 24 hours and I ended up coming back to my local Sam's Club to inform them. They did a rebalance of the tires, the technician told me the front tires were off by a half ounce each. I drove off again, and the shuddering didn't get any better and actually felt like it got worse. I then again, drove back to my Sam's Club and informed them and mentioned Cooper's 45 day Satisfaction guarantee and asked what my options were. I was given the corporate runaround by the tireshop workers saying "Oh, I'm gonna have to contact my manager and get back to you tomorrow, we don't have any kind of 45 day guarantee." or "Oh, my manager's gonna need to contact their manager/corporate". So I am out over $500 with defective out of round tires that will gradually become more dangerous to drive on as time goes by. I requested to be refunded and have my old tires reinstalled as I kept them but the tireshop refused. This will now turn into a huge ordeal that I don't have time for.
