I am glad P.A.N. cornmeal is back at Sam's Club. Cornmeal is a staple in latin american's daily meals.

I couldn't find this product on a local grocery store. Walmart had it at a great price. PAN Is a delicious corn meal, healthy, gluten free and so easy to make!

I like buying it at walmart because it is more cheaper than other stores like Dihnos, or even Fiesta Market which is a Latin supermarket

Fresh easy to make bread or tortillas taste good

my husband had cyliac. I got it to make stuff he can eat that is gluten free. I like the ease of it. the taste is good and it is not gritty.

Did not work well for frying

I thought this was white cirnmeal to roll fish in. Hard to find regular white cornmeal. I had no idea this was pre cooked. I had no idea what this was. it is to be mixed and kneaded to be fried as patties. NOT what I needed to roll fish in. I do t want to buy a flavored mix for frying fush. i want plain white cornmeal not a cornbread mix. Why are the shelves always bare of this oroduct????

It’s not regular corn meal, it’s more like corn starch
