Goid salad

Have been purchasing the salad mix for years but finally got tired of dealing with lettuce ribs and browning leavings. While I used to find very convenient it now takes too much effort to sort the through bag. In end, maybe 30-40% of the contents go to my compost bucket.

My curbside pickup included this salad that expired yesterday. It seems my local store is in financial straits since it sells expired and expiring food on a regular basis. Complaining about it does no good since this is an ongoing problem for over a year.
