Appalled and disappointed to find a dead cicada mixed in with the salad greens. Even more disappointed in myself to realize I ate HALF THE BAG before finding the CICADA.

Overall it's a decent sale but way too many hard ends of the salad stalk, wilted salad, etc. I end up tossing 25 percent of the salad out that's not edible. For the price it's not worth it anymore.

I bought this on Feb. 19, 2026. The expiration date is Feb 25, 2026. I opened it for a family dinner today (Feb 21) and about 25% of the leaves were brown. Too many to trim and still have enough for 5 people. Very disappointed.

I usually enjoy this salad, but for two-weeks in a row, Sams has delivered it to my door with visibly pink lettuce inside. If you're a Plus customer, beware that the are using the grocery delivery to get rid of their expired product at full cost.

The delivery was awful I thought maybe they had a bad and I order the bag salad brown no good . The people want good tips but they aren't delivering good products . I tried to upload pictures but app wouldn't let me

I guess I could split the bag in half b/c there's too much for one meal & it doesn't keep well in the fridge overnight once you prepare the whole bag. They give 2 bags of dressing, but the cheese & croutons are all in their own bags, so it's not as convenient to split them up to mix another day... I'll have to figure something out.

I purchased 2 of these salads and have purchased them in the past. Unfortunaly they are not always good! One package was fine the other had a small hole that I didn't notice and the salad was actully not good. I had purchased them the day I was planning to use them for a freindsgiving and showed up to the event with only 1/2 the salad I needed due to this problem! So don't be in a rush and examine the bag carefully!

Everything that comes in the packet goes well with the salad in terms of size. Has plenty of salad dressing croutons are okay and size are smaller but everything else is good. Perfect for a 2-4 person meal paired with something else. 3-4 is ideal if you’re having it with something else since the portion you get can be quite large if you don’t want soggy salad leftovers the next day

While eating the chicken is enough, sometimes we like a little salad to go along with it. I believe that bagged salad is thensecond best good discovery, right after the Sam's rotisserie chicken. If i am a little more adventurous, I cut up some of the juicy bird intot the premade salad. It is fun living on the wild side.

I like purchasing this at Sam’s because often purchasing a product similar to this at grocery stores does not offer enough product for my family and I end up purchasing additional bags. At Sam’s I only need to purchase one to provide for my family. I never get brown lettuce and it is crispy
