Featherlite Trailer tires

Goodyear trailer tires were on my Featherlite trailer when it was purchased new in 2005. This is my second set of Goodyears for this trailer. They have served me well. Each set of Goodyears on this one trailer could have lasted well beyond the 8 year DOT life recommendations, with appearance and tread life. I depend on my trailer out on the Interstates. This new Endurace tire looks as great as the older Goodyear Marathon.

Great travel trailer tire

I could tell a big difference the first time we took the trailer out between these and the original Westlake tires. The trailer is much more stable and is not affected by the big truck suck anymore. Only on occasions when the truck is going substantially faster than us do I even know a truck is passing us. The trailer is also a lot more stable in cross winds and handles rough roads a lot better. So far it is a great tire. Only time will tell how well it wears.

Light years better than my original equipment tires

I have a 28 foot Coachman Apex travel trailer. These tires are a huge improvement over my original equipment tires. I feel a lot safer...the trailer handles better when towed and I am getting better gas mileage. I HIGHLY recommend scrapping your original equipment tires and buying Goodyear Endurance trailer tires. My original equipment tires slipped on a turn, I replaced them almost immediately. Great choice.

Finally Trailer tire confidence

Used for 2 seasons now. (summer) Tandem axle boat trailer with surge brakes. Trailer and boat weight 7,000lbs. No more bounce going down the road and tracks great. The 87mph speed rating is a plus on the roads I travel. ( Not that I pull that fast) Local tire shop ordered in and installed. This is a great made in the USA tire. Very Happy

Fantastic tires!

I purchased these tires for my fifth wheel RV online based in the great reviews that I read. I've been running them going on 9 months now traveling full time. These tires are very smooth while traveling and haven't had any problems at all so far. I highly recommend these tires for anyone pulling a fifth wheel or travel trailer RV.

Excellent tire

These were a second set of tires on our '17 35' 5th wheel, GVWR 10,995lbs. OEM tires, which were decent tires, lasted about 8,000 miles. The Goodyear Endurance tires now have 18,000 miles and are ready for replacement. Very good mileage and no issues with handling or tracking. Highly recommended. For what it's worth, we normally drive at 70mph on interstate and experienced temps from below freezing to over 100 deg, heavy rain, and snow slush. I am buying my second set.

So far so good

Replaced the stock LionsHead tires on my travel trailer going up a weight and speed rating. Only traveled 700 miles with them. So far no complaints. The sidewalls are noticeably stiffer and I feel more relaxed while traveling with these over the stock.

Get them fast, and they handle an RV just fine

I use Goodyear Endurance on my fifth wheel, as many RV owners do...because they hold up so much better than those "China bombs". American made really seems to make a difference when it comes to tires! I get them fast and they are within MONTHS of manufacture date! Just what I like!

So far so good

Now have 2500 miles on the tires and they are doing well so far. The proof will be after I make a 6000 mile trip in August. I have had issues with trailer tire sidewalls blowing out on three different brand trailer tires over the years. I am very fussy about my tires and take care of them, checking pressures infrequently on trips, cover while parked and have a tire monitoring system installed. I also replace my tires at 6 years from date of manufacture as a precaution. Time will tell with the Endurance Tires.

Check tire dates!

I bought this same Goodyear tire for my travel trailer before from Walmart. However I was disappointed to see that the tire was nearly 3 years old. Granted that it is "new" and I understand that a tire can still be okay to use if it has been stored properly. I can't imagine how a tire sits that long in a warehouse stock without being rotated. In fairness, I generally keep trailer tires only three years as they experience heavy use, but I might want to rotate this one to the spare sooner than I planned.
