Great at first but disappointing

I bought these a month ago and one of the bottles no longer clasps shut. There is nothing interfering with the latch, nor are pieces broken off. Wish I could exchange for a new set, but the colors I chose are now sold out. Will consider more durable choices in the future.

great!

Fantastic. Kid loves it. And it hasn’t broken despite being dropped a few hundred times. A few downsides in design. Water sprays out the straw when opened sometimes. A little tough to clean inside of the lid. And it leaks if tipped upside down, which isn’t a flaw but just good to know.

Lacks Handle

Would give more stars, but they lack some sort of handle to carry or hook onto a bag.

Leaked on Day One

Both bottles leaked from where the lid screwed onto the bottle. Waste of money.

Hello from Ello!

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing a leak issue with your Emma Bottles. It sounds like there might be a defect in the internal gaskets on the lid. If you reach out to us at support@elloproducts.com, we'd be happy to send you replacement lids.

Childlike

Cute but more suited for a child with the straw and plastic drinking spout. Will be returning.

lids broke within a month of purchase

These bottles were great but within a month of normal wear and tear the lid latches broke and are not replaceable. Bottles are pretty useless if you can’t close them.
