We go to Texas Roadhouse every week anyway, it is great that we can save even more money with our Sams membership and eat at our favorite restaurant.

I ordered two GC, one being this one. It came in a couple days, and I was super excited. I ordered 300 more in GC's as it was Christmas crazy in stores. They tried to deliver one time as my husband was in the garage at the time. They never tried again and stated on the Fed Ex app that it had an exception. I called Sam's and was told to complete a police report. I thought that was crazy as i feel Sam's should complete the report, it was not stolen from my and I should not be inconvenienced! I called Fed Ex and they stated that Sam's requested it be returned. So, it's not lost or stolen. They said they could ship it that day if I still wanted it. Well, it never came. I completed the police report and submitted it to Sam's. The very next day it was taken care of stating to allow 3-5 days to show up. Well, that was ten days ago. I had to purchase more cards last minute and wait for this refund. I completed the online chat, and I was told that they are waiting for approval, this had been a horrible experience. Be prepared for all this if you decide to buy gift cards. or any missing packages, I guess. I would understand if they were stolen from my house BUT as I said, they were never delivered to by Fed Ex.
