Normally something that we do not purchase online. However, am currently recovering from joint replacement surgery and unable to pickup and carry home from store. Delivery was a day later than promised but the weather played into that. Have made online purchases from Walmart in the past and have not been disappointed with the service or the condition of the merchandise, and can add this purchase to the list.

the difference between this one and yellow Motans bag is very little, the fact , i used to get 4 bags a month, 2 of mortans $8 the green and than two of mortans yellow $6-7, this $40 a bag for essentials is ridiculous$160!!! to maintain my water??? i rather get the same brand that is just as good quality for normal price, i can go to tractor supply and they're still $8 i feel something needs to be done or people stop buying they will lower the prices, i myself bought out LOL when they went on clearance got them for $3 everyone advertised them for $$50!!! 2 months later they're back to their normal price, $20

The salt is fine. The way Walmart packed it was not. They put each bag of salt in an individual box, then put 1 FLAT SHEET of packing paper on top of it. Which did absolutely nothing except let the salt roll around inside the boxes. As a result, 5 of the 6 bags of salt were broken open when they were delivered. I understand Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon delivery service. Unfortunately, Walmart is losing that competition hands down. This is the second delivery I have had from Walmart with poor packing. It will be my last!

The delivery was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Three 40 lb bags of salt. Two with the proper handles. One with no handle, taped up bag. My significant other was barely able to get it into the house let alone down the flight of stairs to the basement

We like the product as it comes on a bag that has strong handles, so we can pick it up %26 pour it into the unit. However, this time when we used the outdoor pick up, the bag was damaged and salt was spilling out. Made it hard to handle when pouring. i have no suggestions, other than leave the damaged bag in store for people to decide to buy or not. At pick up we had not choices. We needed the product.

Delivery person "ANTHONEEY". very nice person. Did his job BETTER than could be expected. Brought three items, 40 lbs. each, to vehicle/truck, Late into his shift, raining/hot, het he remained very very courteous, and pleasant. In my opinion one of the best employee tat WM has!!!!!!!!!! I'm larry

Maybe it's me or maybe it's the salt. I used to buy the regular stuff from the other big box store or the other subscription based box store. You will save a buck or two, but I noticed this salt to have a better quality, cleaner and not as rough or have excess salt/dust. With the W , I almost feel guilty having this delivered. Make sure you buy and add enough salt in the bin. It's got to be at least over half or 3/4 full. I noticed a change in water softness. Don't forget to also clean it as well.

i usually buy the regular bags but i figured i would try these to get better quality. It makes my water feel thick in my mouth when drinking, even after remineralizing. When my toddlers get out of the bath, i about drop them like slippery bars of soap. My hair has been feeling more brittle than usual, falling out in chunks in the shower, and i think its related to this type of salt i bought. I dont know how much more i can stand am considering emptying the four bags out of the RO Machine and just getting the normal salt.

Three 40lb bags were placed in one box. That is 120lbs in one box! Naturally the box came damaged and the salt bags damaged so we lost the salt! On the other had, 4 bags of salt were delivered packed indivdually ( 1-40lb bag per box) and that arrived in perfect shape.
