Morton Salt provides quality once again! Choose this product for the extra rust defense in home. Bag is easy to carry, easy to open, and easy to empty. It's quality water conditioner salt, so not sure what else to write about it without getting "content creator" flowery and start tapping my fingers on it during a video review.

The web site explained it all and we choose this over the the pellets we use to get. Rust is a problem in our area.

Living in rural America well water can be extremely hard, rust and lime are common. You can easily ruin appliances without a good water softener and most important using quality water softening salt products, such as Morton. For every two bags of regular Morton salt nuggets, we put in one bag of this product to help clean the water softener, our appliances and the waterlines. It’s an outstanding product. It does a wonderful job. Please make certain you buy Morton products it will extend the life of your water softener %26 very expensive home appliances. You will notice your dishes %26 laundry are cleaner . You will also notice an improvement in your hair and skin using the correct products for your water softener. Using only Morton products our last water softener lasted us 20 years.

When ended up swapping over to this from the yellow water softener bags. Overall works exactly the same, but it has reduced some of the rest stains that we were getting on our shower curtain so clearly it’s doing something! Price point seems on brand for what I would expect and given that I don’t have to clean the shower curtain once a month with bleach and the washer, I would say it’s a big win.

Exceptional for what I need, rust removal - hard water w/rust issue (no iron piping). I have used Morton's Clean and Protect Plus Rust Defense Water Softener Salt Pellets for almost 40 years with no issues. As long as my softener is working correctly, I have zero rust discoloration buildup in toilets/toilet tank, laundry. I have had to replace the softener three times but that is to be expected. Morton's does the job!

This salt does a good job, I have been using it for 6 years. The ability to order ahead and have it loaded in my truck is a huge benefit. I buy 12 bags at a time and it will last me 5 months.

I use this Morton® Clean and Protect Plus Rust Defense Water Softener Salt Pellets for years , working good for our Florida water with high volume of iron. Unfortunately this year price dramatically increase but quality dramatically decrease , salt doesn't looking clean and dry in the bag what affect quality of cleaning water very much

This price is much more reasonable than the water softener places. But we still get quite a bit more rust left in our water than we should. Overall, we're still happier with this product because of the price. We can't afford to pay more.

2 of 4 Bags had holes in them capable of leaking salt rocks. 1 of the 4 Handles broke upon attempt to move. The Product is quality. The plastic containers and handles are barely satisfactory to unsatisfactory.

the bag was already opened. as I was pouring it in the water softener Appliance, I noticed it was a pink colored, and the feel of it was damp. I had already put it in. so no ,I cannot return it
