The season on the hydrated veggies made it hard for me to enjoy them. If it wasn’t for the season I probably would have given it 4. It could be a good healthy snack for someone.

Some of the vegetables don't have the best flavor but when I use them as a topping for other things or in combination of other foods they're great. Some are actually very tasty and for instance the mushrooms and the orange things just as they are

This is by far the best veggie snack I have ever had. For those of you that love real veggie this is for you. If you do not like veggie you won’t like these. I wish there were more real veggie snacks out here.

I have to go all the way to Louisiana Shreveport to be exact to get these. I end up getting three because when I tried them when the samples were out, I fell in love immediately and I am obsessed. They are so flavorful. They are so good. I feel like this is the best way to get your vegetables in and you really just can't go wrong with dry veggies that has the best seasoning in the world.

Imagine it's pizza night and a fresh mushroom slice rolls off the counter and stops under the fridge. Then, found two weeks later by someone experimenting with dried veggies and seasoned salt. This describes the consistency and flavor profile, minus the bit of kitchen fuzz also attached to the pizza night mushroom. Pass.

I originally purchased these thinking I can add these to my salads to kick them up a notch. These are like as if they were dehydrated. So expect them to be harder than normal. The shittake mushrooms were hard to bite into, but did have some seasoning flavor to them, besides their normal distinct flavor. The yellow sweet potatoes were on the crunchy side, but still edible without breaking your teeth on them, like you would on the mushrooms. The potatoes were bland as to be expected, but still had some of the bag seasonings on them to give a hint of flavor. The broccoli was like broccoli rabe in thin strips and easy with a slight crunch to them. If you're not usually a broccoli fan, these would be something to try without the smell or bitter taste. I am not a fan of radishes and beets in their normal form. But I tried them both and love them! The green radishes and beetroot were in sliced chip form. The radishes were easy to bite into with a hint of crunch. No bitter taste, just seasoned. The Beetroot was sweet, but not too sweet. It also had a nice easy crunch to it with the outside ring crunchier. Now on to my favorite, the green beans! Just a little crunchy and tasty enough! If you do have sensitive or brittle teeth, these may not be the right snack for you. Overall, I would purchase them again. Would like to see more from this brand in stores too.

In love with the flavor, the texture, the colors, THE FLAVORS. Actual vegetables with the actual fresh color and flavor, not like some puffed or ground up snacks. So good, and yet good for you! Great crunchy texture, not at all like freeze-dried or dehydrated veg. Obsessed.

You will realize that most snacks we have here are GARBAGE when it comes to ingredients. I was not expecting to love these so much. They are masterfully seasoned and have a nice crisp umami flavor.
