I searched for tires that ...

I searched for tires that were safe and more energy efficient than other tires. At about 83,000 miles I replaced the original Michelin tires with an energy saver style.I had the tires installed and then left on a driving vacation. The ride was great and the gallons per mile as reported by the car's computer was higher than I expected. We just passed 7,000 miles on the tires and all is well.

Fusion on 2nd Set of Michelin Tires

When purchased new my 2010 Fusion wore Michelin P225/50 R17 93V tires. As the odometer approached 60,000 miles, I replaced the tires with same size and very similar Michelin Energy Saver A/S. I believe the USA made Michelin tires provide the best handling and ride for this vehicle. I considered stepping down to a less costly tire but, from experience, I know I would saved nothing in the long run. My Ford Expedition is also equipped with high-quality Michelin tires (LTX M/S).

noisey tires

I just put 4 of these tires on my 2002 T Bird and they are very noisey on all types of pavement and all speeds. I told the dealer I wanted QUIET as # 1 and water handling 2nd. I have Michelin HYDROEDGEs on my Lincoln towncar and they are QUIET and are great in rain and snow. I already spoke with the dealer and the T Bird is going back for some different tires. Thanks, Ray I am hoping I can get the HYDROEDGE or an equivalent for the Bird.

wouldn't buy this tire.

i drive a chrysler mini-van and i consider my driving style to be easy on the car, the tires, me and my passengers. i drive some city and some highway. i find these tires are fuel efficient, handle well, stop and start well, but they are hard riding and the noisiest tires i've ever had on any car.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER TIRE EXCEPT

Michelin Tires are the only tires I will ever buy. The last set I had before I bought these new ones, lasted (7) years. The ride is very smooth and comfortable. It's like riding on clouds. I get excellent gas mileage. When I started looking for another set of tires, the dealer tired to sell us something else, but why fix - what is not broke. these are the greatest tires......

Amazing Performance

I own a Lexus SUV and when I needed a new set of tire, the service rep recommended Michelin Energy. They were more expensive than other available replacements but I took the advice and could not believe the difference in handling and lesser tire noise. It was like driving a different vehicle! Much more responsive, the care drive like it's eager to go. "Energy" is a good name - - the SUV feels energized - - rolls so much easier, turning is more responsive and the quiet ride is a joy. I certainly recommend this tire to interested buyers!

Poor quality, mysterious slow leaks

These came with my new car, and they are without a doubt the least reliable tires I've ever had. Within 22,000 miles, two tires developed irreparable damage too close to the sidewalk to repair. The issue showed up as a slow leak with no visible signs of damage. One distributor, who said Michelin wouldn't cover it under warranty, told me that this is a common and inexplicable problem. When these remaining tires have reached the end of their usefulness, I will replace them with another brand and never buy Michelin again.

Best Economy!

After owning several brands of tires, from the lower budget to high-ended performance designs, I think by far the choice for the most miles with the least troubles and wear are the Micheline Energy Saver All Season. I have not had problems with losing the sidewall as much as others when bouncinf across the un-avoidable potholes. The car actually seems to roll easier, leading to about 1-2 mpg improvement. I was not compensated in anyway for my expressed opinions and refection of experiences.

Not Expected from Michelin

Got these on my Honda and they did NOT last at all. Only got a little over 25K before at 3/32. I was expecting a lot better from this premium brand. Will not buy or recommend to anyone one these. Will see how they handle warranty on these to determine if they are brand worthy to me.

Long lasting and fuel saving

I just replaced my OE tires with the same ones. The ones I took out still had life left in them but the tread was running low and beginning to lose grip in winter. These are great if you don't drive at high speeds or agressively all the time, which I don't since I have a hybrid. Surprisingly good for winter driving in the city. Since I live in a place where they plough regularly. Not recommended if you have heavy snow, then you should get winter tires, naturally.
