I love this oil more than Olive oil. Olive oil is normally my 1st choice. This is slightly heavier pan sears really well. Great used as a marinade with spices.

I have always preferred Avocado oil above all oils. I like that this one has the slow pour so I'm not pouring the oil out of the bottle like it's wine.

This oil is a staple in our house. We use it as a healthy alternative to vegetable oil and has a very light taste. Works great for air frying and is a great value.

Very good cooking oil. Lighter than olive oil with a higher flash point. Heats evenly and I need less oil to make all my great dishes requiring cooking oil.
