I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing this... I'm allergic to soybeans. My eyes swell up and my face looks like someone has used it as a punching bag. This oil right here, IS soybean oil. NO other food product but soybeans makes my face do this. I will be returning this to the store. Thought I was getting a good bargain.... some bargain, I'm the one paying the price.

This is an excellent avocado oil and works well no matter what you're cooking; especially for high-heat cooking situations. It's also per the box at Sam's cold pressed and not refined. As for the person who stated this does not contain poly and monounsaturated fats, they are completely wrong it's just not listed on the glass bottle but is on the plastic one.

We have used this brand of oil for years and have loved it. The past several months there has been bacterial contamination in the unopened bottles. This has been really disappointing, and there needs to be better quality control. Check your bottles before purchase. If you see something cloudy swirling around the bottom of the bottle, don't buy it!!

Definitely recommend it

I like this oil a lot, and I use it for baking and cooking. It’s great for eggs, and imparts a nice buttery flavor. It’s great to be able to buy a smaller amount at a really good price. One bottle lasts me about two months, and I always have an extra one in the pantry. To me it seems lighter and more flavorful than other oils. You can buy avocado oil in bulk online, but it isn’t this good. I hope my club carries it forever.

This is a great product overall, but it isn't high smoke point as stated. It starts smoking when my oven is around 380 degrees. It's fine for most things, but I keep another brand around, Chosen Foods avocado oil, when I need to use higher heats; their smoke point is 500 F.
