I picked up this oil to use when I fry (not deep fat fry) things. I especially like it with eggs and pancakes. I think this oil is healthier than most when using the relatively high temperatures for frying.

I have bought this avocado oil in 2023 and it was good. This new bottle I bought in January 2024 doesn't taste the sane or cook the same. I want to return it because it's terrible. Cheaper does not always equal BETTER. Sorry Sams club.

Besides frying and cooking and air frying, this does work good as an oil & vinegar salad dressing and on movie night, this works great for stovetop popcorn without smokey oil, two tablespoons avocado oil and 1/4 cup popcorn kernels.

We have been buying this for about 3 years, it’s perfect for all cooking/baking since there isn’t a harsh flavor. Only certain Sams sell this and it would be awesome if it was in all of them!

Inconsistent quality. We used this as cooking oil for a while and it was fine. The last time I bought this, there was a distinct chemical smell and taste in the oil when heated. This is a huge red flag. Will definitely avoid this brand from now on.
