I love this oil. I use it for Thai stir fry, sautéing vegetables. My favorite is to mix this with coconut oil and make stove popped popcorn. The taste is amazing and the high smoke point is great for how I cook.

I've ordered these in the past with satisfaction. The most recent bottle had a much lower smoke point than avocado oil is supposed to have. My oven was set at 400 and the house was extremely smoky. I seared steaks and it was even worse, of course.
