Bought this online gift card from Sam's. It arrived in my email within about 5 minutes, and worked perfectly. I feel bad for the folks that had a bad experience, but it worked for me, and saved me $10. Will buy the next time the kiddos need jammies.

I purchased two of the Carter gift cards yesterday received an email within hours of purchase with the e gift cards. When going into and clicking on to send or receive the e gift card it gives you the option to send to the person via email whom the the gift card was purchased for or the option for yourself. It was a breeze of ease to purchase and send the gift. Yes I contacted my Grandson whom I sent them to for their newborn son and he verified they were received and printed them out. I had never done an e giftcard before. Just make sure you have the email of whom they are going to at hand and like me I did verify they received them. I'm 77 years old and it was a pleasure to not have to wrap and have to ship the gift.

I wish the egift card would be emailed instantly. I had to wait a little while for it to arrive. This can ruin your plans when you want to buy something at a reduced price, and the discount may be gone by the time the card arrives.

I purchased the Carter's giftcard and used it right away $50. Unfortunately, I had to return the items because Carter's shipped my items somewhere else. When they did the return they shortchanged me $11.90. When I called to find out why they said call Sam's Club. Still waiting for results.

Just bought it and tried to use it right away but it says INVALID. I even tries to check the balance on Carter's Website but can't coz it kept displaying INVALID CARD. Waiting for SAMS AND CARTERS reply.

Received an e-mail with link, but e-gift card "not found". Not acceptable. Waiting for customer service to respond.
