I got them for the price. But that was my mistake! The hand phones don’t charge unless plugged into a source. The case is literally just a case. There’s no noise cancellation but the buds block out noise in general so you must take them out to clearly hear. This may work for children but I wouldn’t recommend for an adult!

This is a product review not about the service which was great These are my least favorite headphones I’ve purchased There’s no battery indicator at all The sound quality is mid at best For the money i was hoping they would be good, but the only thing i enjoy is that they fit comfortably

Bought these as a gift so I cannot personally speak to their quality however the recipient LOVED them!! (age mid 20’s) Said they work really well. When she activated them it detected them on her phone and in the find my iPhone stuff (where you can track your beats) as well.

Overall good quality for the price. I would like more bass but the sound quality isn't too bad. My only real complaints are the constant need to charge and that the case does not charge the buds while they're in it so I'm charging the case more often than any other set of earbuds I've had.

I am not sure what I expected! I thought these were regular sized beats, boy was I wrong! The case is tiny and the earbuds are too! I thought it was a toy- that I purchased the wrong thing but nope. They are real and they are just smaller than I expected! I have smaller than average hands and I can enclose the case in my hands fully!

Can you have one of your customers representative to give me a call concerning this particular item I do have a problem it’s not charging I have tried using whatever charger I do have at my home but it’s just not working plus this never came with anything for me to recharge

Well, when I first got them they worked perfectly, but when it eventually died that was the problem. 1: they don’t include a charger, so you have to purchase one separately if you even want to use it again 2: mine held no charge when I tried. I got a charger specifically for this type of beats, and even after 3 hours straight of charging they were still at 1% and would not connect to my phone no matter what or even go up in battery percentage. So overall, they only lasted me about 2 hours when I first got them then after that they’re completely unusable

Not a bad pare of ear buds. music is fine, needs a bit more bass. audio books are just fine but even cheap ear buds can do audio books. disappointed that the case is not a changing case, the case doesn't have batteries to extend the life of the ear buds. also there is no cable included with the product. the ear buds are comfortable to use. bought them because beats are supposed to be among the best, and while on the less expensive side I still expect more.

I don't care for the fact that when you charge the headphones like they don't let you know how charged they are or how long it's gonna take to charge. I don't like that. It doesn't have the light on it like the other beats that I have I don't like that. It's not waterproof as well and that's about it. I don't like that word these beats don't they're not the charging case. I just feel like that so silly like that should've been. The case doesn’t actually charge the earbuds. So i took off a star for that. Also doesn’t have sound settings or an app that goes to it, so you can’t find them if you lose one. Took off a star for that too. There are cheaper earbuds that include these features but its not bad for the money. Sound is good.
