Best feature by far is the magnetic windshield mount/suction cup that holds camera, the base sticks to the window with adhesive tape and the camera attaches to the base magnetically. Super easy to remove the camera whenever needed. Includes 2 cables, one to connect camera to PC and another to run along windshield to car’s power source. Video include speed and location. Has great software for PC. Parking mode detect collisions while parked and records object/person at fault. The menu was easy to navigate once I got the hang of it and which buttons performed what task. Camera shoots clear video and picks up audio within a certain distance. Takes SD card for the memory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far after a few days using this Dash cam in my husbands truck, this is an alright dash cam. My husband and I have ran this in early evening and early morning when it's dark, and sometimes the camera is blurry especially in the snow. And occasionally you can’t make out the license plate. Other times it crystal clear and a nice picture.

I see a nice clear picture. The software is very user friendly and easy to use. The device easily switches into parking mode when I turn my vehicle off. Great lens, great size, great quality! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I now have footage if something crazy happens while I’m driving! This little camera is so convenient. First, I like the fact that they gave you a suction cup mount to not have to use adhesives (they also put the adhesive in there, but I like suction for cleaning and removing purposes). It’s easy to use, comes with simple instructions that are easy to follow. It needs a memory card, and luckily I had one from a regular camera I used to have. It takes great video, and and audio, and is physically small enough to tuck away if you want. I love the piece of mind I get from having it, and you can save your videos easily on your computer in order to save card space.

Video quality is good and adjustable. I like the size of the camera it’s easy to hide up by the rear view mirror.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dashcam for my girlfriend's car and I am really impressed by it. It is easy to setup and feels like a quality product. It helps give me peace of mind on the road knowing that I am better financially protected from all of the crazy drivers out there. I will have to work on a more concealed install as dashcams can be targets of theft, and there is a wire that powers it that is currently very visible in her car. However, that isn't the dashcam's fault as I'm sure these things could be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a dash cam for my daily drive vehicle. The Nextbase camera is outstanding. I can’t believe how clear the video is and the unit is super stable while moving. It is the best I have seen! The cam has helped me with a couple instances already while driving. Unfortunately one was where I was at fault and my wife was able to see it to prove it to me! The cam mounts in a snap and has a truly tight magnet to keep it secure. It pops right off when you need to bring it inside. Wire was easy to hide with the included tool. The wide angle lens is perfect for seeing the sides. Great free software to edit and view. Totally happy with this cam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this nxtbase dash cam. The size is perfect and the video resolution is great at 1080p. Installation is a breeze the the suction cup mount or the new magnetic mount. I personally prefer the magnetic mount so you can take with you or store safely when not in use. There is a parking mode that will record up to 3 minutes after the car is turned off. This is a great littler camera, however it does not have wifi or GPS.

I had not installed a dash cam before and the instructions were terrific; very easy and fast to follow. Right out of the box the camera appeared very high quality. The camera mount is sturdy and stays in place. The camera is easy to remove and attach to the mount and doesn’t obstruct your view. I liked how the USB cable was designed to fit with the camera and mount. I took a drive after installing this and the video picture quality and color was terrific. The camera records very good pictures both day and night. The microphone records sound well and can be muted as you select. So far this has worked without any problems and I am pretty impressed with how well this is designed and how well it has performed. This is perfect for everyday use. I am also looking forward to putting this on my restored cars and using it to make videos on drives and at car shows. This has enough features for my use and I think for the price and quality this is a terrific dash cam. This is an easy choice for a great dash cam and would make a great gift.
