The camera comes with two charging cords, one for a cigarette lighter and the other is a standard USB cord that will fit majority of the charging blocks. It also has a stand with a suction cup to hold the camera in place. The menu was fairly easy to navigate once I got the hang of it and which buttons performed what task. Camera shoots clear video and picks up audio within a certain distance. Takes SD card for the memory. Fun little item to play around with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far after a few days using this Dash cam in my husbands truck, this is an alright dash cam. My husband and I have ran this in early evening and early morning when it's dark, and sometimes the camera is blurry especially in the snow. And occasionally you can’t make out the license plate. Other times it crystal clear and a nice picture.

Can barely make out license plates with it. the mounting equipment given didn't work for me and kept falling off. Need your own SD card which is another added cost. overall, not worth it for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best feature by far is the magnetic mount, the base sticks to the window with adhesive tape and the camera attaches to the base magnetically. Super easy to remove the camera whenever needed, the picture is tiny and not that great but does what it needs to do. Does not allow rear facing camera and can't show speed, but definitely will do what it's meant to.

The easy installation requires a few steps and the camera fits discreetly behind my rearview mirror. Once installed the on screen instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. I like that Nextbase offers the free online cloud service for viewing your footage. The camera resolution is ok but, not great. Some license plates tend to be a bit blurred but still readable. Overall, I highly recommend this product if you're looking for high quality, easy to use dash cam.

Video quality is good and adjustable. I like the size of the camera it’s easy to hide up by the rear view mirror.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nextbase 222 Dash Cam and software were easy to install. This comes very nicely packaged and included everything needed. I had not installed a dash cam before and the instructions were terrific; very easy and fast to follow. Right out of the box the camera appeared very high quality. The camera mount is sturdy and stays in place. The camera is easy to remove and attach to the mount and doesn’t obstruct your view. I liked how the USB cable was designed to fit with the camera and mount. I took a drive after installing this and the video picture quality and color was terrific. The camera records very good pictures both day and night. The microphone records sound well and can be muted as you select. So far this has worked without any problems and I am pretty impressed with how well this is designed and how well it has performed. This is perfect for everyday use. I am also looking forward to putting this on my restored cars and using it to make videos on drives and at car shows. This has enough features for my use and I think for the price and quality this is a terrific dash cam. This is an easy choice for a great dash cam and would make a great gift.
