These work great for me! My tummy does not like to be bothered with food before noon. But...my sugar levels dont agree with that time table. Solution: Protein + iced coffee. Winner!!

I mix 1/2 of the coffee flavor with 1/2 of the caramel flavor in a glass. Little bit of ice. Mmmmm.... iced caramel coffee protein shake. Quick on the go breakfast or snack.

I like my coffee, and this is great for starting the day. Good boost first thing in the morning on the way to the gym, great flavor, and will get your motor running.

Cafe Au Lait was a big surprise for me. I added some black coffee and ice and it was heavenly. It was so delicious that I had 2 in the morning. It reminds me of a Starbucks iced coffee. For me it has no aftertaste and very creamy

This is one of my favorite items from sams club. I usually ordered it twice a month. Please bring it back. Or im going to look for it in another place. Im very desapointed!!
