We haven't ate pork bacon for years. As the nitrates give me horrible headache's. We tried all of the turkey bacon's available at that time; It tasted like bologna. Yuck!!!!! and still the headache's. We found Godshalls turkey bacon and what a difference. It's not ground to death, you can see the chunks of turkey, it taste's great. We have been eating it ever since. The best part is: it's a large package, I break it down into serving size smaller packages & freeze it.

We love this turkey bacon. Really good flavor and texture. Much better value than other brands. My only complaint is that if you don't use it fast enough, it will turn green on ya. To prevent this, we put the individual slices onto a tray and freeze them for a couple of hours, then transfer them into a freezer bag for long-term storage.

I have converted my husband and 3 kids to turkey bacon with this gem. We enjoy that it is a thicker, natural cut and of course uncured. Whether you are enjoying bacon and eggs, adding it to sauteed brussels, or making a BLT, you won't be disappointed.

Not like your regular turkey bacon at all! So much better because it is thicker and closer to the texture of pork bacon I grew up with but now try to avoid to simply eat healthier. "Uncured" seems to mean it goes through less processing, so I feel that is also a healthier choice for my family. The package has 2.5 pounds of bacon, so we often break it up and freeze some, which works well down the road. Sometimes we don't, and it lasts a long time, either way.

It taste good compared to when it first hit the market as an option. I don’t recommend Freezing it then re using it as it cooks weird. I would say if you air fry it then make sure it’s at least 8 min. I would recommend. I also tried the cast iron skillet and it was not too bad.

This bacon is so good! It is pricey but quantity balances that out. Well worth the price.
