It's not a whole lot of that mechanically separated pressed together stuff. You can see the turkey meat in the slices.

Every since I found Godshall's turkey bacon, I buy no other. To me is is delicious and doesn't feel like pressed board when you bite into it.

This is my husband's favorite turkey bacon; so, I buy several packages at a time. I have come to enjoy it in lettuce wraps as a healthier option for sandwiches. It is very meaty and filling.

We love this bacon and are so glad Sam's carries it. We eat it every day for breakfast. It is a good high protein lower far alternative to it's porcine pasture mate. It cooks up.perfectly and tastes great.

Me and my woman both love this turkey bacon. And I'm very judgy about overly healthy tasting meat substitutes. It still tastes like bacon but with way less arteries being clogged up.

No matter what I do, this bacon goes bad within a week of opening it. At almost $14/pack, throwing this bacon out is a tough pill to swallow and I've done it way too many times at this point. I've tried transferring the product into different kinds of sealed containers and Ziploc bags, and even spreading the meat into multiple containers so that too much wasn't resting on top of each other. Didn't help. I've tried baking the entire package at once, and even cooked, the product went bad within the week. By bad, I mean that kind of sour/rotten smell and taste these kinds of products get when they're past their prime. The taste is fine, almost like turkey pastrami, but the texture isn't like traditional bacon. It's its own thing. Kind of leathery if you bake it in the oven and too limp when cooked in a pan. The strips are also kind of slimy when you take them out of the package. I'm giving up on this product as the rotting issue isn't a one time fluke. It's happened at least four times at this point.

Great price for the lbs but preferred the beef bacon
