I was very weary to try but my only regret is waiting so long. This is a great alternative to bacon which I love, but not the nitrates and preservatives. I cooked it in the oven after spraying lightly with olive oil. to crisp. This bacon is yummy and clean up is a breeze. Love that it’s from an employee owned company too.
